My playwork was 2 parts. One was to throw myself a great 50th birthday halloween party, which was a lot of fun! The other, is to make sure I take some time and walk outside, no matter how busy I am. I walk every day. If the weather is bad, I use my rebounder. I also take time to post jokes on social media to give family and friends their laugh a day. Woohoo! I have pure focus on my goals. I write my priorities down every night. There is always time to play.
