This was a great week to identify things to release as they came up with. I did different statements throughout the week and listened to the audio that Christian shared. When AP Simon and I got together and shared these statements, I had huge yawns afterwards.

I release all frustration with “I am responsible for other people.”
I’m so happy, grateful and thankful “I am only responsible for myself while others are responsible for themselves.”

I release all anxiety with “If I take a break, I lose.”
I’m so happy, grateful and thankful “Winners take breaks when they need them.”

I release all anxiety with “I have to be productive all the time.”
I’m so happy, grateful and thankful “It is safe to relax.”
