First of all, as requested, here’s a summary recap of the steps I took. You can also listen to it on Week 6’s recording:
1. Front end load clearing of all conscious and subconscious blocks for week 1 of the Track to Win On/Success Cycle.
2. Daily: Jot down any ‘niggly’ such as a hesitation, self-talk or hinderance that block forward progress in the moment.
3. Each morning’s Silence/Meditation Practice included Release & Rewiring work
a. Write out each release statement, followed by the breathwork & statement
b. Write out each rewiring statement as well as the breathwork & statement
At the beginning of each session I revisited the prior day’s release statements and did an inward/gut check for any residual remaining. If so, I did SRM work on those 1st. Followed by any new additions.
Sidenote not previously mentioned: At the end of the Release portion of the session, I also looked for any patterns to see if there were any clues for additional releases that might be beneficial or to pay attention to my actions throughout the day.
I also end each session with a ‘release all’ type statement that supports overall, e.g. on trust.
4. Do this everyday/throughout the week for each release until there’s a ‘net zero’.
I continue to use the SRM each morning as part of my morning Silence/Meditation practice, which is taking less time as there are fewer blocks or they hold less of a charge. As well, this week I added ‘spontaneous releases’ midday that I did quickly before walking into a couple of presentations I was delivering. Normally I’d use a quick meditation technique I’ve followed for years, however it’s not always conducive to public settings, where SRM is.
