ParticipantThis Playwork has been easy for me since I have practiced a morning and afternoon ritual for years. My morning ritual include meditation, prayer, inspirational reading, affirmations, gratitude journal, Morter March, a little stretching and Tapping. Having done this every morning has been a great benefit for me. For this week, I added the joint exercise and hope to continue with it and make it a permanent part of my routine. My afternoon/evening ritual include meditation, reading and affirmations.
This class has been so beneficial to me and I wish that we could, with Heather’s leadership continue in some way. Heather is such a blessing to all of us.

ParticipantThe night before, I have started writing a brief list of things that I want to get done the next day. I really attempt to keep the list brief and detailed…I even schedule my workouts (indoor cycling and walks) now.
Movement for me involves: I get up each morning stretch (13 joints), Morter March, mediation. During my mediation I practice mindfulness and motivation… “why am I doing the things that I am planning to do?’…keeping in mind my SSG (motivation).
I started working daily on my clutter, if it means cleaning 1 box, then 1 box it is. I went through one section of a 3-part closet by looking at the some of the clothes knowing that the size does not fit anymore. I made myself touch each article of clothing to ask myself if it was necessary to keep it. That was an interesting exercise in discovering how I really feel about something.
During the evening in addition to working on working on my list of what the new day will bring, I usually burn some essential oils and listen to Abraham and Ester Hicks to finish up my day. I am looking to incorporate in my evening practice some journaling as I complete the day.

ParticipantThis entire 8 weeks has been amazing to me. I have read the GIN books (and many more), listened to the audios, attended the events, but Heather has put it all together in one smart package. With 2 businesses to run, or more correctly running me, it has been difficult to concentrate on putting it all into practice but I am starting to get there.
I have developed daily rituals since joining GIN but now I’m motivated. My mornings have been 10-minutes on the Rebounder with weights, prayer, Bible reading over my protein shake and off to work. In the evening I try to finish the day with motivational or business reading & family prayer. I average altogether about 15-20 books a year that way. I now know that I have only scratched the surface of the surface of daily rituals and have added 68 Seconds in the AM on SSG and also on my 5 Priorities completed. Meditation and stretching are next. It works, usually. That will change.
Top 5 Priorities for tomorrow are now added and have had an immense affect on my productivity. I met one business SSG by week 4, the other by week 6. I forgot to anchor that one in though and a couple of business deals fell apart. But, it was a December 31 goal so I will still meet it. “Track to Win On” has me thinking about the long-term effect of all my actions now. Future Pacing was already pretty standard after 7 Levels of Gin Training but clearer to me now. SRM is verrrry interrresting and I am going to go back and read The Power of Your Subconscious Mind again. There’s more there and SRM Week told me I need to revisit that book. Conscious Reframing Week 7, came at a perfect time. The next day I had a $2.2 million deal blow up and my reaction was a combination of “Well, that’s interesting” and KT’s “That’s Great!”. Then I got way angry for about 2 seconds. At first I wasn’t sure why but it came to me in about another 2 seconds that I knew which of my businesses I had to focus on: the other one. And it really was “great”.In summary, this has been an amazing 8 weeks. It has brought a lot of 7 years and 7 levels of GIN training together, has reminded me of much I have forgotten or fallen away from, and given me tools to put it all together now. Thank you Heather Ramsey.
I hope we can find a way to keep this group together in some fashion. We are all Amazing Success Generators.

ParticipantA.M. ritual:
1-1.5 hours: listening to audios:
• Abraham-Hicks Guided Meditation and/or other audio
• Kevin Trudeau audio, including GIN Level 5 audio #11 (Thank you Louis-Simon for suggesting practicing this daily!)
5-10 min: reading (mostly Abraham-Hicks and/or GIN basic book list)
5-10 min: writing in journal (gratitude & appreciation, design my feeling intention for the day)P.M. ritual:
5-10 minutes: write down Wins of the day (Thanks Heather for suggesting this!)
5-10 minutes: set schedule & priorities for the next day (Priority A1 = Feel Good Now)The one thing I added to my Inner Game morning routine this week is the Rotating of the 13 Joints. Turned out to be a bit of a revelation. Firstly, I realized I’d never rotated my wrists before, at least not intentionally. I didn’t even know how to do it at first. As I figured it out and got the hang of it, something else became clear to me on the second day: My right wrist was much more stiff compared to my left wrist (which was nice and loose). This revealed to me that I have a lot more tension in my right wrist, evidently since I’m right-handed. So it’s a good indication for me to ease up on my right hand, to be more mindful of keeping my right hand more relaxed when I’m writing. Good to know!

ParticipantFirst of all I would like to thank you all for this grandiose international mastermind. This week I concentrated on adding something to my daily good ritual that I wanted to do again and have achieved. I wanted to check out the Level 5 main test with the 840 questions for myself if I can still answer them, that has been a wish of mine for a long time. Especially since we will soon pass this Level 5 test on some Germans. Many Germans have upgraded to Level 5 in the last weeks. It is very nice to turn to these basic questions again and to understand them better and to bring them into life. Ed Foreman with the Relaxation has been with me for a long time. This week had small peculiarities so I have not added to much what I otherwise do. I am looking forward to everything else we will experience together.
