ParticipantPrinciple 4) How/Tactics- is the principle that I am committed to, I always seem to focus on the how something is going to manifest.
Practices- I would like to practice on all three:
Declare “Everything for my highest & best is coming onto my ‘radar screen’
Declare ” I am open to manifesting this or something better”
Wins Journal- write all wins/ how’s that came from off your radar screen- daily.October 10, 2019 at 18:53 #3534Marlen Boivin
Participant1. Improve Success Principle #15 Energy/Vitality and the Success Practices of:
-Increasing Vitality in my Body through things like Living Foods, etc.
-Know & Do what gives me Joy, Laughter, Happiness
-Expand my positive “energy Ball” using various Energy Techniques2. No questions
3. Aha’s/insights: Having been through this process last year, I just realized that last time most of my effort was ‘outer game’ grit that was successful, though not sustainable. This session I entered with a fairly clear picture of what I’m going to define as my SweetSpotGoal that’s in the area of Systems. On the surface it looks like it could be another ‘outer game’ goal, however I know it’s laden with innerwork to identify/shift beliefs, blocks and more. To set myself up for success, I chose to improve a Success Principle/practices (Energy/Vitality) I’m already strong in (though always room for improvement!) so I can leverage it to help more easily carry me through potential resistences that may come up surrounding my SSG.

Participant1.improvement success principle Nr,1 why/ motivation and success practices:
-I Can be, do and have and contribute anything and everything I want. I will havr this in my mind any time.
– I will clarify my bigger dreams and desires and the Chief aim, sweety spot Goals bin the next weeks2. No questions
3. Aha moments. I was astonished about my high success principles. At the other side it is clear i never think about this principles they are what you are living. I muscle tested the points and it was Very interesting to See at which points were bigger differences between conscious thinking and subconscious. That was the reason I chose this principle. Again thank you and have a great time until tuesday.October 12, 2019 at 13:51 #3536Henry Araya
Participant1.- Improvement Success Principle: 4.- How/ Tactics.
I commit myself and have been doing the following:
a) Declare= Everything for my highest & best is coming onto my radar screen.
b) Declare= I am open to manifest this or something better
c) Wins Journal. I write all my Wins /How’s that came from off my radar screen. I do it daily.2.- No questions
3.Cognition-I had not given so much importance to this Principle, nevertheless a set back in my business this week, allowed me to see the contrast and I selected this principle as the one that would give more mileage. I feel great to have discover this and thinking most of the time the How is coming onto my radar screen.

Participant1. Improvement Principle: #22 Systems
2. No Questions
3. Practice: Also Systems – I spend much time ‘spinning my wheels’ and my surroundings in gridlock. I can see big changes already just in making that decision!

Participant1) Top improvement principle = #18. Belief in Self.
2) Top practices =
– Write down and say out loud my successes and strengths every morning
– Write down and celebrate my daily wins every night
– Subconscious Rewired Method (daily):
– “I release all disappointment in myself with thinking that ‘it’s no use, I’ll never be good enough.'”
– “I release all self-doubt with ‘am I doing enough?’
– “I release all uncertainty about ‘am I doing the right thing? is this really what’s best for us?'”
– “I’m so happy, thankful & grateful for feeling even more & more at ease and at peace with myself every day.”
– “I’m so happy, thankful & grateful for knowing deep down that all is truly well for all of us, everything’s always working out for the best for me and for everybody, no matter what.”
– “I’m so happy, thankful & grateful that I truly love myself and everybody even more & more every day.”October 13, 2019 at 11:23 #3539Jon Breitenkamp
ParticipantPrinciple# 9 Commitments
1) Declarations: “I’m Doing It, That’s It PERIOD!!”
“Really it’s a DONE DEAL!!”
2) Choose to be Successful: to Generate a Great Life, to make Every Day GREAT…
3) Burning Desire: for the Achievement of my Dreams, Chief Aims, Sweet Spot Goals.I’ve committed to much energy/focus to the achievement of Broken agreements/Broken commitments.
“I Release All Fears and Embarrassment with, if I commit to that I’m not good enough.”
“I Release all BLOCKS to “I can achieve and complete all commitments with fun, excitement and “I’m DOING IT, THAT’S IT PERIOD.”
“I’m so happy, grateful, and thankful that “I have the POWER to choose what makes me HAPPY.”
“I’m so happy, grateful and thankful that “I choose to WIN!!, for myself and for the Master Mind. I trust my Intuition.”October 13, 2019 at 14:22 #3540Maria Araya Zimmerling
ParticipantPrinciple: #13 Reframing
Practice: Implementing the Reframe Workout (I watched video from week 7)
No question – just a note that I was in between this one and “how/tactics” but I realized that I mostly focus/stress about the how when I’m feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or when something negative has happened. If I can master shifting my focus in seconds, my obsession with the how will likely fade. So I picked Reframing instead as it will have a bigger impact for me

ParticipantI am incredibly busy with work, travel (business and pleasure) and life in general. What am I doing taking on one more thing, this mastermind group, onto my already jammed schedule? Friends think I am crazy to take on more.
What I am doing is simple. I am investing in myself. I am expanding and growing. If I didn’t join and take on this opportunity, I would consider my teachability index very low. It’s not and I am here.
My issues are with #8, Track to Win On, working back from a lack of #6 and #7 being clarified and defined better. That is what I am focusing on and committing to addressing.
Week 1 started on Tuesday 10/8/19. On Friday, 10/11/19, something happened with my business that has never happened before. I received two leads out of the blue for our main software offering (in a niche vertical market). Two businesses I didn’t know existed and were not on my radar whatsoever. This has never happened. Perhaps every 6 months I might get the ‘cold call’ lead via phone or our web site. But twice on the same day! Both are eager to see what we have to offer and both scheduled demonstrations for less than 7 days out. This is remarkable.
And like I stated at the beginning I am already really busy. So, bring on more work, more customers, more opportunities and more success. I am going to get both these prospect’s business – because they both desperately need what we have, and we are the logical choice.

ParticipantPrinciple # 3 clarity. Is the number one thing I could improve that would put me over the top.
I think gaining clarity about who I am and what I want is the primary reason I decided to do this success cycle with ya’ll.
I mean, I could go on but that has been my great quest this entire year – like a whole life reboot.
Practices I am committing to:
– looking at dream board and book, revising dream board and book.
– dream journaling and writing my chief aim. I’m a writer. Writing helps me focus my thoughts.(In addition I’m doing a whole personal profile of myself based on numerology and the destiny card system. “Mapping the DK genome” so to speak. Its been eye-opening!)
I commit to doing all of this for the duration of the success cycle.
2. Question – what if I can’t wrap my head around a business goal or something financial? I mean , I need to but this process of self discovery takes on a life of its own.
3. Aha moments – the answers are usually simple. What does it take to get clear?
Get clear.
Write. Focus. Relax into it. Answers are there when you clear the clouds.
(Uncle Heather is not going to flunk me. It’s not a race…)
Thank you guys for sharing and for your support. I’ll see everyone on Tuesday!

ParticipantPrinciple: #7 Goal Defined
Practice: Know that there are 3 types of goals -Specific, general, feelings
No questions – Worked on looking at my dream board and dream books and focused with intention on how I felt (and wanted to feel) while looking at them. Came up with a list of positive empowering feelings, and wrote them down on white paper blue ink.
Major win – Identify my Definite Purpose in life and wrote it down on white paper blue ink. I am grateful for my AP – Kathy South, for sharing with me AMAZING information that lead to me this discovery.
Thank you,
SimonOctober 13, 2019 at 19:31 #3544Lorraine Harris
ParticipantWeek 1: Playwork Post:
1. Top Success Improvement Principle & Success Practices I am committing to:
#2 – What/Direction: I have lost my sense of direction and purpose; and
#3 – Clarity: I need to clarify and get specific about my dream.2. No questions.
3. Aha’s/Insights: Understanding and recognizing that there are many layers to getting to my goal. Participating in this program before allowed me to review and recognize what I want. I need to understand that ONE focus is the best and all the things I do must contribute to that ONE goal. It is past time for me to stop spinning and back pedaling…(what am I afraid of?)

ParticipantSuccess Principle #11 – Focus = realizing that when I am involved in too many things, it is impossible for me to focus and do any one thing well
Practices – To get organized and even though I have many programs pm my plate, to set up a schedule and focus on one thing at a time.
No Questions
Aha’s when doing this exercise, finding that I am on top of many of these principles and a few of the principles are glaring and I know that in order for me to move forward as fast as I would like, I must clear them up.

Participant1. Success principle: #20 Daily Outer Game. It’s tied to #8 Track to Win On but that seems too big for me to focus on yet.
2. Practices: I’m writing my top 5 priorities daily before I end the day, then getting them done and celebrating each one as I get it done. I’m also going to begin a regular meditation practice where I focus my inner feelings and thoughts toward my 90 day sweet spot goal, seeing my next logical step unfolding before me.
3. Insights: I realized that my top 5 priorities can be small things such as making a phone call or sending an email to make contact or follow-up. Identifying my small wins each day will help me celebrate the bigger wins that I’m lining up with my feelings and meditations.
Question: Can my top 5 priorities be tied to not only my sweet spot goal but also what I sense is off my radar screen where I know what my next logical steps are as well? I feel things lining up as all is connected? My 90-day sweet spot goal has to do with my business and what’s off my radar screen is connected to the business but is much bigger scope.
