Week 1: Playwork Post
1. Top Success Improvement Principle & Success Practices I am committing to:
#3 – Clarify: I attained a goal last October that my wife and I had been working towards for several years. I am finding out what the next vision/dream that drives me/us. Relationships, family, health and many areas of my life are flowing very well; however we want more cash.
#8 – Track to Win On: Many of my goals have been feeling based specifically towards experiences that we share as a growing family ( 3 boys 7, 9, and 11) I want to keep all the feeling based dreams in rhythm and take my scoreboard dreams to the next level.
I am attracting the right type of clients, providing a 5- star experience through the building process and loving the feeling of this whole process.
2. No Questions
Insights- I am finding out that when I write down the 5 priorities the night before I sleep very deeply and there is a lot less back ground noise in my head during the day. The momentum of the morning carries me energetically through the remainder of the day and it is done with less a lot less effort/struggle. As an example, I have been looking at a cluttered work bench in my garage several months. I’ve able to keep just enough a clean working space to do projects but there are always several distractions with all the junk laying around, so I get sidetracked and loose momentum/ focus. This week I was able to effortlessly put everything away and it was so easy to do. My mind was just clicking as to where everything should go. I find myself going through organized and dis-organized units of time. I see a lot of correlations between my work bench and my “mind bench.” I will be using the 5 priorities to keep the “organized flowing” way of thinking in the present.
