I want to create a two day workshop for our german gin members, it is about finding mor of your potential (purpose) at one day and removing with some helpful tools some blockages and at the second day we will work at dreams and personal goals we will remove the subconscious blcokages I will do best treatments with everybody so it will be a small group at sunday first step is creating this workshop in the next 2 weeks before our event in Celle in two weeks. I will work on the content. The name name could be “Create your Success in life” I still have to find a good german name for it.

insights: In the past I always had the challenge to choose only one CHIEF aim. So this other way of breaking it down in such a structured way was very interesting and suddenly everything was simple and clear. It was a great AHA moment for me. I discussed it with Hugh the same day, thank you Hugh and Heather. It was also very easy to choose the best sweet spot goal for this.

My big dream is to create the law of attraction / GIN university campus and home here in the midwest. This would function as clubhouse, school, and GIN retreat, as well as being a working co-op, where we could grow our own food and learn about all the concepts we teach in GIN, such as holistic health, martial arts, energy, sustainable foods and farms, and so much more. My 2 to 5 year chief aim is to buy the property I will be building all of this on for the rest of my life.

My sweet Spot goal was challenging to keep nested within my larger dream. There were several that came up that feel really good and are believable. The one that feels the best and I know for certain I can achieve in 90 days is to create and finalize my new business ideas, to tansition to making money following my passions of mentoring others and helping people improve thier lives. I have other sweet spot goals that are just as valid for the big dream, but this one lines up the most.

For all the spiritual maybe it’s not a business goal talk, my sweet spot goal is financial and ver specific. How do you like that?

    Sweet spot goal:

10,000 in sales in 90 days.

    Insights:

The real excitement is in generating revenue to pay off some debt I accrued. 10,000 is a bout a third of that. I had to bring it down to 10,000 to get the believability to an eight. Excitement is really high.

Going through the dream process yielded unexpected clarity and getting out from under the debt I accrued over the past 2.5 years feels surprisingly good. It’s a goal I can sink my teeth into, measure and it will get me closer to my dream.

    Next logical steps include:

    * Create a spreadsheet to track past and future emails sales and clickthrough. Know the score, then double down on what’s working.

    * Create personal coaching programs to market to the list and promote it.

    * Create free giveaway ebook as a lead generator.

    * Book ten call in guests for podcast.

My sweet spot goal is finding a new job in the current field that I have been working in for the past several years!

I envision working for a very supportive organization which sees potential in their staff. I enjoy working out side in various terrain and learning new things. My dream job would be either performing safety or inspection in the oil and gas sector. I love coaching and mentoring others and also love the political side of project work. I want to make $1800 day working 21 and 7 shift.

    Next logical step:
    -updating resume and LinkedIn profile
    -brushing up on interview skills
-reaching out to key contacts in the industry
    -clearing blocks from past experiences

My belief and excitement level is 9

My sweet spot Goal is: Feeling Healthy; Happy Confident and Abundant while:
    a) I have a solvent, sound business that contributes to Society and Mankind.
    b) I Increase the sales of my Business in 40%
    c) I achieve a 20% more of gross Profits compared with last year.
    d) I have $ 150,000 in my bank accounts.

    Insights.
To do this exercise was great for me, since I realize that combining, Feeling, General and Specific goals is way easier and real to me. My belief and excitement levels are in 9.
It is a great sensation also pretty simple but powerful.

Next Logical Steps: Set up 2019 Quickbooks, Clear desk in home office (follow a plan I already have in place), Update rentals spreadsheet to current.

Hey Friends here are my insights.

My dream is to have a successful business that is owning and protecting my assets and is generating a massive passive business income of more than 50.000 €/month. With this money I want to help my family and contribute to public and evironmentaly projects.

My Chieve Aim in the next 3-5 Years is to develop my company which is gernerating 5.000€/month passive income to support my family and spend my time with the people I love and contribute to social projects. This is achieved by helping people to increase their live quality.

During the process of writing down my sweet spot goals I realised that there is one thing that would support all of them and this is to realy emerse in this course and get out the most of it. So my sweet spot goal is to be a fantastic student, to create a strategy for myself that is replicateable and works every time I use it and is adaptable to different circumstances. Also I want to release subconcious blockages and improve my network with the wonderful people of this course.

I found out that there was a new understanding for me about how high my believe is that I can reach my goals. During the live seminar last tuesday Heather talked about “How high our believe is on an average day, when nobody is watching and you havent done any motivational work?” I observed myself over the last days and I found out that it is not as high as I thought it is because I was never meassuring it on a average situation. Thatswhy I downsized my sweet spot goal and came up with the one that I wrote above.
Also I want to say thank you to heater that she created this course and boiled down the concepts so we can have a clear understanding of what a sweet spot goal, a chieve aim and a dream really is. I have much more clarity now and I recognised that I could get rid of some confusion which helped me to realy profit from this “homework”.

I’m looking forward to see everybody on tuesday. Have a great day.

Working back from a DREAM (which took some time to reduce from 2 pages to a simple statement) of living a comfortable life in a remote ranch style location with steady recurring income and Family Legacy Foundation holding assets for generational growth but still active and productive. The CHIEF AIM 3-5 years out is to have the new house built and paid off with my new Private Banking business established and still brokering a very few larger businesses.
My SWEET SPOT GOAL ended up with 4 possibilities with 2 very close at 8.5/10- having 3 business sales under solid contract and 9/10 closing on one Private Banking engagement.

    Well this was fun!
My dream is to have my positive ball of energy be bigger than my negative ball of energy.
My chief aim is to feel good most of the time about my body, my relationships, my income, despite/with the help of whatever is happening around me.
My sweet spot goal is to feel great in my own skin – feel happy and healthy in my body.

I found that it was easier for me to have a high belief and excitement over feeling goals than general or specific ones. I wrote down something a bit more specific at first and it was an 8/8 vs. the 10/10 of the above sweet spot goal. My accountability partner was really helpful in validating that I was going in the right direction, so thank you Ben!

PS: I unfortunately won’t be able to make this Tuesday’s call as I’ll be in an all-day company-wide event. But I look forward to viewing the recap on Wednesday.
    Have a wonderful week, everyone!

My big, legacy dreams are so massive (literally evolving medicine!) but so awesome to ponder that it is easy to get lost in the dream, then feel stressed by the day to day. I appreciate the way Heather has chunked this down, bringing your vision to day to day reality. Doing this exercise was really challenging for me and I hated it because I want to achieve so much that is what gets in my way. My SSG is taking better care of myself and getting healthier, more vibrant and energetic again (after several years of burnout). It feels so “small” yet I know it is critical for me to reach any bigger goal. So, in my typical super-achiever way, I signed up for Rewired as well as Grand Master Tsai’s program, AND Matt Kahn’s Angel Academy (Heather mentioned him last week) on top of running my medical practice. I’ve been thinking I must be crazy! I’ve been overwhelmed by the amount of recordings and homework and exercises. Talking to Gingergaye (my AP), I realized that SSG that serves all the rest and my chief aim/ big dream is to “do the do’s; don’t do the don’t’s” like Grand Master says! So I am focusing on dong the Qi Gong exercises and building the Qi energy that he is teaching us (boring though it might be right now) because that will become my source of energy and confidence that will fuel all my longer term goals. Thanks for listening! Love you guys…you and your dreams are all so AWESOME!

Patti Heredia – I started with 6 Chief Aims, then I began to tune into one at a time and scored my belief level and my excitement level. The first one 9/9, the second one was 9/6 and as soon as I tuned into the third one I knew quickly this was the one – it resonated to be a 10/10 immediately.

My sweet spot goal for this week is I welcome, embrace and embody PASSION into all parts of ME and my LIFE, in my work, my relationships, in my mind, emotions, heart, spirit and body. I release ALL that is not of passion and love from my spirit, mind, emotions, heart and body – all feelings, beliefs and imprints of fear, grief, inadequacies and doubt.

The next logical steps are: daily release work using breathing techniques, EFT, BEST, meditation – celebrate my successes through journaling and internal dialogue of gratitude/appreciation/thankfulness/love/release work

My sweet spot goal is that I’ve created a daily outer game that feels super good, where I’m sustaining positive momentum and making consistent tangible progress moving forward in my writing project every day, and I’m enjoying the process and having fun doing it without any attachment, while remaining in complete harmony and at peace with my commitments to others in my life, always thankful and grateful for every moment, in love and joy and oneness with all.
