    Sweet spot goals:

    3-month goal (Jan 24, 2020) – USD 30,000.00 Closing 2 major real estate and investment opportunities.
    • Outer game: Increase outer game by 50% ( Meet 4 new prospects a week, call on 5 prospects per day, increase daily action score points to 70+.
    • Inner game: Develop spiritual and success habits of (GIN triangle, let go of all that no longer serve my highest good command, tapping sequence, associate with loving successful people, increase vibrational state by physically (55kg, 30 push-ups, belly free) and spiritually (30% more grateful, 60% more loving). That’s it period.

    Sweet spot goal statement:

    By January 24, 2020, I made USD 30,000.00 from the closing of 2 major real estate and investment opportunities. I made this possible by doing the following: Increased my outer game by 50% (Meet with 4 new prospects weekly, called on 5 prospects daily, increased daily action graph points to 70+) and generated the closings. Also I developed self-discipline and success habits by reading books, listening to audios, participating in recognition, letting go of all that no longer serve my highest good commands, tapping sequence, and by associating with happy, loving, successful individuals; people achieving their goals and striving for something worthwhile, on a daily bases. I consciously and consistently increased my vibrational state by staying physically (55kg, 30 push-ups, belly free) and spiritually (30% more grateful, 60% more loving) healthy. By using intensity of emotion (love) to back up my thoughts and actions I feel powerful, like a winner, luckier, and more successful day by day in every way. That’s it period.

    Old SSG: Focus on feeling gratitude and excitement as I feel things coming onto my radar screen to support my chief aim of debt freedom and new sources of income to support my spiritual work.

    New SSG: Feeling healthy, excited and grateful as I achieve debt freedom while emptying debt buckets (i.e., 0% APR non-increasing credit card balance transfer until end date).

    Outer Game:
    – 10% monthly reduction in earliest end date debt bucket while paying the minimum on smaller debt buckets with Nov 2020 end dates;
    – $1,200 new monthly income to pay debt from part time bank teller job
    – Get 1st paid regularly scheduled veterans healing meditation group
    – Limit $400 per month cash for grocery and meals budget
    – Only use lowest APR credit card for necessary online purchases for house, dogs and Mastermind
    – Make list of humanitarian projects and spiritual mission work when financially independent

    Inner Game:
    – 30% higher Flexibility and Strength
    – 30% higher Excitementment
    – 30% higher Gratitude

    Draft Sweet Spot Goal: Finding my dream job!

    Final Sweet Spot Goal: Working in my dream job

    Outer Game:
    – Mondays- search for 10 new companies that I would like to work for
    -Tuesdays- reach out to 10 key personnel by text, email, phone calls
    -Fridays- follow up with contacts

    Inner Game:
    – joined weekly meditation group
    – lost 30 pounds in last 3 months, eating a more balanced diet
    – replacing negative self doubt with feelings of joy and gratefulness (listening to audios, reading books, being around supportive people, exercise)
    -Making amends with my past and fixing old relationships
    -Continuing my education and learning upping my teachable index
    -Reviewed week 4 material and practising P3 (focusing on SSG for 68 sec throughout the day and making my top 3 items to do every day.)

    Sweet Spot Goal : Lose 5 pounds by Dec 3rd when our master mind ends.
    Lose 12 pounds By Jan 20th (end of 3 months starting today)

    Action Steps : Cut out white flower/ Limit Sugar/ eat more organic Fruits and Vegetables.

    Next Logical Steps: Schedule Gym workouts for next 3 months.
    Look for some cleanses to do. Research Super Foods and eating healthier.
    Schedule time for Beginners yoga.

    a) I have a solvent, sound business that contributes to Society and Mankind.
    b) I Increase the sales of my Business in 40%
    c) I achieve a 20% more of gross Profits compared with last year.
    d) I have $ 150,000 in my bank accounts.
    New SSG
    Increase 10% Gross Profit in 60 days and 20% more in 120 days
    Reduce Fat index in my body in 3% by Dec 15
    Increase my Exercise and outdoor activity in a 20 %
    Increase my Happiness independent of conditions wins in a 15%
    Track to win
    Monitor profits on a daily basis on my sales graphs ( see attachments)
    Launch a new skin product by November 15
    Weekly review of pay per clicks ROI on Sundays
    Track weigh daily in the mornings
    Park my car 10 minutes away from the office 3 times a week
    Walk to Lunch for 25 minutes
    Write down every Friday my independent of conditions events and wins in the past week ( for instance independent of time and money)

    Draft Sweet Spot Goal:
    In 90 days, I will feel 50% more energy, passion, and excitement, by building my Qi Power, which is improving my my strength, stamina and burning calories to help me lose 20 lbs. I am feeling better and healthier, which is fueling my dreams and goals.

    Final Sweet Spot Goal:
    In the next 90 days, I, Robban Sica, am mastering Rewired4Success Full Success Cycle as well as Grand Master Tsai’s QU Power training to produce the following results:
    1. My energy, passion and excitement skyrocketing by 60%
    2. My health, vitality, and strength improving by 50%
    3. I am easily shedding20 pounds, releasing 10% of my body weight and feeling lighter!
    In the next 30 day cycle:
    1. My energy and passion is up by 20 %, enabling me to get up earlier and have more consistent stamina throughout the day, giving more time to spend on my next steps to my sweet spot goal!
    2. I have increased the number of WINS I get throughout the day!
    3. I’ve shed 5 pounds!
    This or something even better is on its way to me!

    Sending in my Play/work for the completion of Week 3

    My SSP goal stayed the same for the inner game and the scheduling and measuring chart showed exactly “where the rubber hits the real road” I’m smiling here – many successes and many opportunities to clear any resistances. Showing my targets and Actuals was good because when I wasn’t hitting the mark during the week I felt it as guilt and criticism of myself – giving me terrific!!! opportunities to practice my practice/techniques – a momentum building opportunity – part of my quantifying was what techniques – precisely – I would be practicing each day to be successful in reaching my SSP goal – so one begets the other and I celebrated my successes even though I didn’t completely hit the mark which showed up so clearly on the measurement chart – it was a good week:))))

    Old SSG: to feel great in my own skin – feel happy and healthy in my body.

    Revised SSG: Feel great in my own skin by shifting to feel (at least) 90% happy, 90% healthy, and 90% confident in my own body.

    Logical Next steps:
    – Listen to KT (7 days a week)
    – Listen to body-positive Abraham videos (7 days a week)
    – Visualize Goal (7 days a week)
    – Write down 5 priorities for tomorrow (5 days a week)
    – Read to feel good about me (Everyday, at least 1 page/day)
    – Exercise (at least 2x a week)
    – Eat Home-made meals (5 days a week)

    I’ve built my own spreadsheet to help me track my progress daily/weekly, with clickable check-boxes (so satisfying!). Screenshot attached. If anyone would like this template, i’m happy to share! Let me know.

    Week 3 Playwork: Track to Win On
    Throughout this week I revised the 1st draft of my LTV and SSG from Week 2 posting. This week I posted my revision on both the week 2’s R4S Playwork and on the PRIVATE FBook group, noted as REVISED.

    My accountability partner, Claudia, and I met twice this week (as well as several WhatsApp msgs back and forth) discussing our SSG revisions and the things planned for my Track to Win on. I’ve since added my activities, measurements and milestones on my google calendar so it is integrated with the rest of my work and personal commitments throughout the time my “Track to Win On” runs until the end of the year.

    Dream (beyond lifetime): A love-based world where children are let free, encouraged to joyfully create their world as they choose it to be.

    Dream (10-25 years): Continuing to develop equanimity, practicing maintaining inner peace and love and happiness in every situation, being an example to children that they can also be happy in any moment no matter what.

    Chief Aim (2-5 years): Writing uplifting inspirational stories and sharing them with the world, and working with children to pass on all that I’m learning through my life experiences, assisting them as they re-empower themselves in their own lives.

    Sweet Spot Goal (35 days): Create a routine where I advance in my script by 1 page or more every day while feeling good believing in myself at a 9/10 or higher.

    Next Logical Steps (daily): Write 1 page or more every day and do 1 session of Subconscious Rewiring every day, keeping score using a Daily Habit Tracker and measuring weekly results (on Sundays).

    I would like to add only some parts of my dreams in the 10 – 25 years area:
    training program for people to realize and live their potential and healing methods, financial freedom, rainforest reforestation, ecological food and food everywhere, a new education system…..

    some chief aims:
    I feel more connection with source and I am more and more in my power
    I developed my own training program with which people realize their potential and I integrate healing methods, I feel more connection and I am more and more in my power. I am teaching in germany and I start to teach also in english: I am able to speak english fluently
    an own seminarhouse and villa in the nature with regenerative energies
    travelling all over the world with family and conncetion to people in different countries, financial freedom

    I have different sweet spot goals:
    I chose for this short time frame last week to create a two day workshop
    I changed it into a workshop for progress of gin members in germany. I will refine it again after our event next weekend, I have the inner knowingness that many things will develop from there.

    I will ask German Gin members what they need to progress faster in different areas of life such as health, prosperity, happiness, relationships and in finding their potential and personal growth. After our Gin evnet in Germany next weekend I will decide whether to ask at least 15 Gin members or whether it is already very clear what is wanted. From this I will create a program that will be grasped a before and after from the members. The training is completed by the end of the year. At the end of 2019 the date is set and the course is fully booked until the end of January. The training will be based on content from my experience from my previous training classes, which I have been giving for more than 20 years, and from the BEST material.
    I have next logical steps for that.
    In the measurement is
    1. how often did I spoke to gin members about that,
    2. I will practice BEST work with people to get more practice,
    3. I work at the creation of the workshop for at least 3 times a week for half an hour.
    4. I will look at every monday if I did my work in the last week with ease and feeling good,
    5. That was a great Aha moment when i did the work with my accountability partner Marlen. So the the other measurement will be about feeling worthy to present and offer my own workshop and training. The last one is very important because it is easy for me to offer and organize trainings for others or to offer gin to people. Still it is different for me to offer my own…I will measure this also in percentage.

    REVISED REVISED REVISED
    Revised Sweet Goal: From chaos to organized: I will begin by decluttering my kitchen: from the cabinets, to table, including but not limited to the items on the floor surrounding my kitchen table. I plan to have 50% containment of the kitchen by the end of this week. I will be just scratching the surface of all the items to be organized in my home…but taking steps are the key. Each day I work on this project, I plan to reward myself by making a meal that includes a protein and vegetable as outlined in the MindValley – WildFit program.

    Action Steps: Have a positive uplifting audio to listen to in the morning (I already listen to one at night but I noticed that I forgot my morning time activity). Continue with my morning mediation by asking myself “what does my heart want to tell me?” (which has assisted me in understanding that my clutter and need to “hang onto stuff” is directly reflected in why I keep this weight on my body). And when I feel stuck or upset by something, I will use EFT (tapping) to work though the process. By scheduling time to focus on different areas of my home by cleaning or decluttering it, I believe I will experience breakthroughs on my own psychological challenges as to why I find it difficult to shed my weight…and maybe I will finally come across the key to my self sabotaging behavior.

    ADDITION: My reason for having this Sweet Spot Goal is because I want to feel good in my body by having my blood pressure under control and participate in activities that I enjoy such as walking, jogging and eventually possibly participating in a marathon again. (My belief on this is a 8 and my excitement is a 9).
